3.ORDER PROCESSING
If the ordered product is in stock, it will be shipped within 7 business days after the order is confirmed. For made-to-order items, the product will be shipped after production and will take approximately 45-60 days.
Orders are only accepted once payment has been received.
Once your package has been delivered to the shipping carrier, the shipping carrier is responsible for the package.
SHAVEL CO., LTD. cannot be held responsible for any delivery errors or customs delays caused by the shipping carrier.
It is your responsibility to contact and deal with the shipping company or customs broker.
4.SHIPPING COMPANY
Delivery will be made by DHL, which is designated by our company. We do not allow customers to choose their own shipping company.
You can check the status of your order on the DHL website using the tracking number that will be sent to you by e-mail after your order has been shipped.

5.ALL SALES ARE FINAL
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We do not accept any cancellations after an order has been confirmed.
Returns and exchanges will not be accepted except in the case of an incorrect or defective delivery.
SHAVEL CO., LTD. will not accept returns without prior notification to info@talkative.jp.
In the case of returns or exchanges due to incorrect or defective products, the customer and SHAVEL CO., LTD. will discuss the matter.
In the event that a liability issue arises, it will be handled and resolved directly between SHAVEL CO. LTD. and the customer.

6.LOST OR DAMAGED ITEM
